When you book a home inspection with us, we will email the inspection contract for your review. It will be attached to your appointment confirmation so you can be sure we have the details of your inspection request correct including the date, time, additional services (such as a mold inspection) and billing information. Please sign and return the contract prior to the home inspection appointment. Its easy to sign on line so there is no need to print and mail copies.
